The Solid Embedded Poles use epoxy resin to cast vacuum interrupter(chamber) and its eleCTric connecting parts into pole with special technique. We can offer 12kv, 24kv and 40.5kv Solid Embedded Poles for corresponding Vacuum Circuit Breaker. Its characteristics are as following.
a). High reliability: Reducing assembly and adjustment procedures and improving mechanical reliability. The solid embedded pole has been assembled the upper/lower outgoing line bases together with electric clamp, flexible connector and insulating bar. The user just needs to fix the solid embedded pole on the switch operation mechanism, connect it with VCB mechanism by a special screw. Thus it reduces many assembly and adjustment procedures, improves assembly quality and mechanical reliability.
b). Compact design: Adopting epoxy resin as insulation medium, the pole distance can be shortened to 30-60mm. So that the size of the vacuum circuit breaker and Switchgear can be reduced.
c). Lengthening the outside creepage distance: Lengthening the outside creepage distance of the main circuit, improving outside insulation level of the Vacuum interrupter (chamber) and the anti-pollution ability.
d). Maintenance-free: Maintenance-free of Vacuum interrupter (chamber) enables Vacuum circuit breaker maintenance-free.
